I was a competitive swimmer in High School and played Rugby for the MSU Women’s Rugby Club in college. My husband Dan had found CrossFit through his colleagues in the LVMPD, and suggested I give CrossFit a try as I really missed the camaraderie of a team and the challenge of organized sports. From that very first WOD back in 2012 I was hooked! I started coaching after giving birth to our son Gannon in 2014, I joined CFRA in 2020. I love the community building aspects of my job as GM and have never been happier in my CrossFit family.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement and/or Benchmark WOD?
Elizabeth is one of my favorites because I love short sets of work, cleans, and ring dips.
What is your go-to cheat meal?
I love allll the foods! Burgers and beer after a good workout are hard to beat.
What do you like to do when not in the gym?
Having adventures with my family, camping, and traveling
