Let’s get this out of the way first. I DON’T coach 5 or 6am (you wouldn’t like me) I found CrossFit in 2013 and was hooked. I got my L1 in 2014 and started coaching at CFRA when we opened. Got my L2 in 2019. I Played sports my whole life. Raised 3 boys into young men (that are amazing) coached youth baseball and basketball for several years. The best thing about CrossFit is by far the Community and friendships that are made. But don’t leave out looking good naked! Just sayin (byproduct) When I’m not at the gym I’m you can find me at happy hour or watching my kid play volleyball or the other one coach volleyball or traveling to a volleyball tournament somewhere (there’s a lot of volleyball going on) Any way, that’s me in a nutshell. What is your favorite CrossFit movement and/or Benchmark WOD?
The Snatch is my favorite movement, “Cindy” is my favorite benchmark – I only have to lift me.
