I found CrossFit in 2012 through a Groupon - I was a long distance runner with little money who needed muscle. My plan was to do it until my Groupon expired, get a little muscle and then move on - but the CrossFit community had a different plan. Realizing I enjoyed strength training, I started training clients at a “globo gym” in 2016. I quickly realized the culture wasn’t a good fit and switched to coaching CrossFit. I love being a small part of people’s day and learning what brings people through the door and what makes them stay. I’ve been lucky to meet some of my best friends through CrossFit and raise my two little guys surrounded by great people in great gyms.
